The house is named VILLA ROSA Y MARLÉN. Its owner is Mrs. Rosa Llanes Garrido. The postal address of the house is Calle Rafael Trejo no.102-A (only 200 meters from the city center) Viñales Pinar del Rio. The house has an independent entrance, and offers two double rooms and one triple room. The house is rented only by rooms, not complete. The price is €25 per night/double room and €30 per night/triple room. The entrance to the house is flexible, but the exit of the room must be at 10:00 am, however the clients can stay on the terrace to talk, have lunch or simply wait as long as they need.

En the house and in the rooms there are possibilities for the use of wheelchairs. Smoking is allowed in the rooms. Upon arrival, customers are offered liquid service: water, beer, natural juices or canned soft drinks of various flavors. It has an individual terrace for the use of clients. It does not have a pool. Clients can bring their pets (puppies or kittens) if they wish. Free parking service is offered as well as free Wi-Fi service.

Breakfast hours are flexible as customers wish and cost €5 per person. Lunch time (food in Spain) is flexible and food (dinner in Spain) is also flexible and costs between €10 and €12 per person, as requested by customers. Each room has air conditioning, fan, coat hanger, refrigerator, 220 voltage for European electrical equipment, and private bathroom with hot and cold water, clean towels, shower and hair dryer.

The house also offers service excursions, walks, and horseback riding through the valleys of Viñales, as well as bicycle rental. They can also receive massage services, taxi, as well as salsa classes by specialists, prior coordination with the owner. A laundry service is also provided if customers wish and the cost varies depending on the number of items to be washed.
