It has 5 rooms, 4 doubles and 1 triple. The house is rented only by rooms, not as a whole. The price for each double room is 30. € per night and for a triple room, 35. € per night. Check-in is not allowed after 8:00 p.m. and check-out is required before 2:00 p.m., so the rooms can be cleaned. However, guests are welcome to stay on the terrace to chat, have lunch, or wait as long as they need. There are no wheelchairs in the house or in the rooms. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms. Upon arrival, guests are offered a drink: water or natural juice.

The house has several solar panels and other electrical equipment installed to ensure electricity is supplied according to guests' needs, avoiding the annoying blackouts that sometimes occur for many hours in the region.

It has a shared terrace for guests' use. There is no pool. Pets are not allowed. Valet parking is provided and costs one euro per day. Wi-Fi is not available at the house, but it is located 200 meters away. The Viazul bus station is 500 meters from the house, and tourist attractions are 500 meters away.

The excellent condition of the house and its proximity to the valleys and the city center offer guests an excellent stay in Viñales, a World Heritage Site.
