The house is named ENEYDA Y ALEXANDER. Its owner is Mrs. Eneyda Llanes. The address of the house is Calle Adela Azcuy Norte No. 7 (in front of the Baseball Stadium). Viñales. Pinar del Río.
The house does NOT have an independent entrance, but the clients have house keys and two double rooms. The price of each double room is 30€ per night. The house is rented only by rooms, not complete. The entrance must not be before 11.00am and the room must be left free before 10.00am, to ensure the cleanliness of the two rooms, however customers can stay on the terrace to talk, have lunch or wait for the time need.
In the house and in the rooms there ARE possibilities for the use of wheelchairs. Smoking IS allowed in the rooms. Upon arrival, customers are offered drinks service: water, beer, juice or canned drink of various flavors.
It has an individual terrace for the use of the clients. It does NOT have a pool and customers CAN bring their pets if they wish. Parking service is offered and it is FREE.
In the house there is NO WiFi service, but this is 300 meters away. The Viazul bus station is also 300 m from the house, and the tourist attractions are only 200 m away, for example: the famous Palmarito valley in the Viñales National Park.
The breakfast hours are after 7.00am and cost 5€ per person. The lunch and dinner hours are flexible and cost between 6 and 10€ per person, as requested by customers.
Each room has air conditioning, hangers, fridge, electricity with voltage of 220 v for European appliances, and private bathroom with hot and cold water, towels, amenities, shower and hairdryer; It does not have a bathtub.
Customers are also offered excursion, hiking and horseback riding services through the Viñales' valleys, the beach and the nearby cays: Cayo Jutía and Cayo Levisa, as well as bicycle rental and salsa classes, prior coordination with the owner of home. They can also receive massage and taxi services.
Laundry service is also provided if the clients wish, and the cost is flexible, depending on the quantity of pieces to be washed.
The excellent conditions of this house and its proximity to the Palmarito valley offer clients an excellent stay in Viñales, a cultural heritage of humanity.
