The house is called VILLA EL FAUSTO. Its owner is Mrs. Mileisy Rivera González. The postal address of the house is Calle Adela Azcuy Norte No. 27. Viñales. Pinar del Río. The house has an independent entrance, with 4 rooms: 3 doubles and 1 triple. The price of the double room is 30€ per night, and the triple room is 35€ per night/room. The house is rented by rooms only, not as a whole. Check-in should not be before 12.00pm, but guests are welcome to stay on the terrace to chat, have lunch, or wait as long as they need. There are no wheelchair facilities in the house and in the rooms. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms. Upon arrival, guests are offered liquid service: water, beer, juice, or soft drinks in various flavors. There is a terrace for the use of the guests. There is no swimming pool. Clients can bring their pets (dogs or cats) if they wish. Parking is available and free of charge. There is no wifi service in the house, but it is 200 meters away. The Viazul bus station is also 500m from the house, and tourist attractions are 200m away, the famous Palmarito Valley.

The breakfast timetable is flexible according to the client's request and costs 5€ per person. Lunch (lunch in Spain) and dinner (dinner in Spain) are also flexible and cost 10€ per person, as requested by guests. Each room has air-conditioning, clothes hangers, a fridge, 220V voltage for European appliances, and a private bathroom with hot and cold water, towels, amenities, a shower, and a hairdryer; there is no bathtub. Guests are also offered excursion services, walks, and horseback rides through the valleys of the vineyards, to the beach, and to the nearby keys: Jutía and Levisa keys, as well as bicycle rental and salsa lessons, in coordination with the owner of the house. Massage and taxi services are also available. Laundry service is also provided if clients wish, and the cost is from 5 to 10€ per basket. The excellent conditions of this house and its proximity to the city center and the valleys of the region offer guests a wonderful stay in Viñales, a world cultural heritage site.
