The house is called VILLA EL FAUSTO. TATA. Its owner is Mrs. Mileisy Rivera González. The mailing address is Calle Adela Azcuy Norte No. 27, Viñales, Pinar del Río. The house has a separate entrance and four bedrooms. The room rate is €30 or USD for the first three nights; €25 for the fourth night. Each room has a minibar, fans, and split air conditioning. It also has a bathroom with hot and cold water 24 hours a day. The electricity is 110 V and 220 V for European appliances. The house also has a large kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Free parking is available for four cars, motorcycles, and up to 20 bicycles. The house features a large number of solar panels and other electrical equipment that guarantees 24-hour electricity, including the use of split-circuit televisions and electric showers in every room, which prevents guests from experiencing the annoying blackouts that sometimes last for many hours in the region.

Free Wi-Fi is also available in all rooms. The house and the bedrooms accommodate wheelchairs for disabled guests. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms, but smoking is allowed in the various smoking areas: patio, terrace, ranchón, etc. In the ranchón, guests can enjoy a television, and there is also a garden and a rocking chair. There is no pool. Guests are offered a welcome drink upon arrival. Guests are welcome to bring their pets (dogs or cats) if they wish. The Viazul bus station is 400 meters from the house, and tourist attractions, including the famous Palmarito Valley, are 200 meters away.

The house offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A hearty breakfast is offered for €6: coffee, milk, hot chocolate, bread, butter, jam, pastries, ham and cheese sandwiches, arepas, eggs, and salad. Lunch is priced at €12 per person and includes, among other things, rice, soup, root vegetables, a main course, coffee, etc. Dinner, priced at €15, offers a buffet with three different dishes and a bottle of water included. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner hours are flexible based on guest requests.

Guests are also offered excursions, hiking, and horseback riding through the Viñales valleys, to the beach, and to the nearby keys: Cayo Jutía and Cayo Levisa. Bicycle rentals and salsa lessons are available upon prior arrangement with the house owner. Massages and taxi services are also available. Laundry services are also provided upon request. The excellent conditions of this house and its proximity to the city center and the region's valleys offer guests a wonderful stay in Viñales, a World Heritage Site.
