The house has an independent entrance, with 2 double bedrooms. It can only be rented per room, not the whole house. The price is 30€ per night/room. The entrance time is flexible but the departure must be before 10:00 am, however, customers can leave their belongings as long as they want in the house, stay on the terrace to chat, have lunch, or wait the time they need.
In the house and in the rooms there are possibilities for the use of wheelchairs. Smoking is allowed in the rooms. Upon arrival, customers are offered drinks: water, beer, juice or canned drink of various flavors.
It has an individual terrace for the use of the clients. It does not have a pool. Customers can bring their pets if they wish. Garage service is offered and it is FREE.
In the house, there is NO wifi service, but this is 400 meters away. The Viazul bus station is 400m from the house as same as parties at night. Other tourist attractions are only 100m away, the famous Palmarito Valley is within easy reach of tourists.
The breakfast schedule is flexible according to the guests' request and the price is 5€ per person. Lunch and lunch times are also flexible and cost between 10 and 12€ per person, as requested by customers.
Each room has a fan, air conditioning, hangers, a fridge, voltage of 220V for European appliances, and a private bathroom with hot and cold water, towels, amenities and shower; It does not have a bathtub.
