The house is called TATICA Y EL CHINO. Its owner is Mr. Benito Rodríguez Núñez. The postal address of the house is Calle Adela Azcuy Norte no. 61C (170 meters after the baseball stadium). Viñales. Pinar del Río. The house has an independent entrance, with 2 double rooms. The house is rented only by rooms, not complete. The price is 30€ per night/room. The entrance to the house is flexible, and the departure from the room must be before 11.00a, however, guests can stay on the terrace to chat, have lunch, or wait as long as they need. There are wheelchair facilities in the house and in the room. Upon arrival, guests are offered liquid service: water, beer, juice, or soft drinks in various flavors. There is a private terrace for the use of the guests. There is no swimming pool. Guests are welcome to bring their pets (dogs or cats) if they wish. Parking is available and free of charge. There is no wifi service in the house, but it is 400 meters away. The Viazul bus station is also 400m from the house, and tourist celebrations are 100m away in the famous Palmarito Valley.

The breakfast timetable is flexible and costs 5€ per person. Lunch (lunch in Spain) and dinner (dinner in Spain) are also flexible and cost 10€ per person, as requested by the guests. Each room has air-conditioning, clothes hangers, 220V voltage for European appliances, and a private bathroom with hot and cold water, towels, amenities, a shower, and a hairdryer; there is no bathtub. Guests are also offered excursion services, hiking, and horseback riding in the valleys of the vineyards, as well as bicycle rental. They can also receive massage services, taxis, as well as salsa lessons by specialists, and previous coordination with the owner. Laundry service is also available if the clients wish, and the cost is flexible, depending on the number of pieces to be washed. The excellent conditions of the house and its proximity to the valleys and the city center offer guests a wonderful stay in Viñales, a world cultural heritage site.
