The house has an independent entrance and offers eight rooms, of which four are doubles and four are triples. The house is rented only by rooms, not complete. The price is €25 per night/double room. The entrance to the house is flexible, but the exit of the room must be at 11:00 am, however, the clients can stay on the terrace to talk, have lunch or simply wait as long as they need. In the house and in the rooms there are possibilities for the use of wheelchairs. Smoking is allowed outside the rooms and on the terraces. Upon arrival, customers are offered liquid service: water, beer, natural juices or canned soft drinks of various flavors. It has several terraces for customer use. The house has a large pool with very nice amenities. Clients can bring their pets (puppies or kittens) if they wish. Free parking service is offered, as well as free Wi-Fi service.

Breakfast hours are flexible as customers wish and cost €5 per person. The lunch schedule (food in Spain) is flexible and the food (dinner in Spain) is also flexible and the price is according to the request of the clients. Each room has air conditioning, a fan, a coat hanger, a refrigerator, 220 voltage for European electrical equipment, and a private bathroom with hot and cold water, clean towels, a shower, and a hair dryer.

The house also offers service of excursions, walks, and horseback riding, through the valleys of Viñales, as well as bicycle rental. They can also receive massage services, taxi service, and salsa classes by specialists, prior to coordination with the owner. A laundry service is also provided if customers wish and the cost varies depending on the number of items to be washed.
