The house has an independent entrance, with two rooms: 1 double (one double bed and one single bed) and 1 triple (with two double beds). The price of the double room is 30€ per night and the triple is 35€ per night.
The house is rented only by rooms, not complete. The entrance must not be before 12.00 and the room must be vacated before 10.00am, to ensure the cleanliness of the two rooms, however clients can stay on the terrace to talk, have lunch or wait as long as they need.
In the house and in the rooms there are possibilities for the use of wheelchairs. Smoking in rooms is not allowed. Upon arrival, customers are offered drinks service: water, beer, juice or canned drink of various flavors.
It has an individual terrace for the exclusive use of clients. It does not have a pool. Customers can bring their pets if they wish. Parking service is offered.
In the house there is no wifi service, but this is 200 meters away. The Viazul bus station is also 200 m from the house, and the tourist attractions are only 100 m away, for example: the famous hotel La Ermita.
The breakfast schedule is flexible according to the guests' request, and costs 5€ per person. The lunch and dinner hours are also flexible and cost 10€ per person, as requested by customers.
Each room has air conditioning, hangers, refrigerator, electricity with voltage of 220 v for European equipment, and private bathroom with hot and cold water, towels, amenities, shower and hairdryer; It does not have a bathtub.
Customers are also offered excursion, hiking and horseback riding services through the Viñales' valleys, to the beach and to the nearby cays: Cayo Jutía and Cayo Levisa, as well as bicycle rental and salsa classes, prior coordination with the owner of home. They can also receive massage and taxi services. Laundry service is also provided if the clients wish, and the cost is flexible, depending on the quantity of pieces to be washed.
The excellent conditions of this house and its proximity to the hotel La Ermita offer customers an excellent stay in Viñales, a cultural heritage of humanity.
