The house has an independent entrance and offers nine rooms, of which 8 are doubles and 1 triple. The house is rented only by rooms, not complete. The price is €35 per night/double room and €35 per night/triple room. The entrance to the house is flexible, but the exit of the room must be at 10:00 am, however, the clients can stay on the terrace to talk, have lunch or simply wait as long as they need.

In the house and in the rooms there are possibilities for the use of wheelchairs. Smoking in rooms is not allowed. When customers arrive, they are offered a beverage service: water, beer, natural juices, or canned soft drinks of various flavors. It has a shared terrace for the use of clients. The house has a swimming pool in very good condition available to guests. Clients can bring their pets (puppies or kittens) if they wish.
