The house has an independent entrance, with 2 rooms for rent: with one single and one double bedroom. It can only be rented per room, not the whole house. The price of a single bedroom is 25€ per night/room and a double room is 30€ per night/room. The entrance time is flexible but the departure must be before 10:00 am, however, customers can leave their belongings as long as they want in the house, stay on the terrace to chat, have lunch, or wait the time they need.

In the house and in the rooms there are NO possibilities for the use of wheelchairs because of the irregularity of the land at the entrance of the house. Upon arrival, customers are offered drinks: water, beer, juice, or canned drink of various flavors.

It has an individual terrace for the use of the clients. It does not have a pool. Customers can bring their pets if they wish. Garage service is offered and it has a cost of 1€ daily.

In the house there is NO wifi service, but this is 400 meters away. The Viazul bus station is 400m from the house as same as parties at nights.

The breakfast schedule is flexible according to the guests' request, but always after 6:00 in the morning and the price is 5€ per person. No lunch or food services are offered at the house.

Each room has a fan, air conditioning, hangers, fridge, voltage of 220 v for European appliances and private bathroom with hot and cold water, towels, amenities and shower; It does not have a bathtub.
Customers are also offered tours, hikes and horseback riding tours through the Viñales' valleys, trips to Cayo Jutía, biking, as well as bicycle rentals. Laundry service is also provided if the clients wish, and the price is flexible, depending on the quantity of pieces to be washed.

The house is a very well located house and very close to the Cupet (gas station). The excellent conditions of this house can be seen in the corresponding photos, and its proximity to the city center and the valleys of the region offer customers an excellent stay in Viñales, cultural heritage of humanity.
